These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the rba jee platform and all services operated under it. When you access this platform as a user, a legal agreement is formed between you and rba jee. This agreement is binding on both parties.

All financial transactions on the rba jee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Currently, three mobile banking methods are available for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be cancelled and returned.
• Deposit processing time is generally instant.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the user's own name.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

rba jee offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus is given under specific conditions, and users must comply with those conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: deposit ৳1,000, receive a bonus of ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000; you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

rba jee offers regular members weekly deposit rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket season rewards, birthday special rewards and refer-a-friend rewards. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements.

5.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Only bets placed from the bonus balance will count towards wagering.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, another offer cannot be used at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the terms.
• If bonus abuse (arbitrage, bonus abuse) is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus has a set expiry — once expired, the bonus will be removed automatically.

5.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Bonuses

rba jee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time with or without notice in special circumstances. Users cannot claim compensation in such cases.

Specific rules apply to all areas of the rba jee platform — casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting. Each game or market also follows the rules of the relevant third-party software provider.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal result, that bet may be considered void.
• If the network connection is lost, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the server records.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by game or market.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting markets may change before the match starts or during play (in-play). If a match is abandoned, suspended or left incomplete beyond the scheduled time, decisions regarding related bets will be made in accordance with rba jee's rules.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

6.4 Erroneous Transactions

If a large reward is incorrectly displayed due to a software error or technical issue, rba jee reserves the right to void that win. Transactions made on the basis of a manifest error will not be considered valid.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the rba jee platform. If such conduct is proven, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Creating an account or claiming a bonus using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Attempting payment fraud or chargebacks.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

7.2 Technical Manipulation

• Placing bets using bots, automated software or AI.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorised changes to the platform's software.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs.

7.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards other users.
• Spreading false complaints or negative content against the platform.
• Using someone else's account or payment details.

rba jee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason.

8.1 Reasons for Account Closure by rba jee

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User Request to Close Account

If a user wishes to close their account, they can submit a request through customer support. It is important to withdraw any remaining balance before closure; requests regarding any balance left after closure will be considered separately.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If a user needs a temporary or long-term break due to gambling addiction or personal reasons, they may apply for self-exclusion in accordance with our responsible gaming guidelines. While this option is active, access to the account will be restricted.

9.1 Liability for Service Disruption

10.1 Effective Date of Changes

10.2 Previous Versions

Previous versions of the terms and conditions are no longer in effect. Only the most recently published version will be considered the valid terms and conditions.
